1 cup brown rice
1 carton of Imagine brand Broccoli Soup (OU Kosher) or 2 cartons of Manischewitz Vegetable Broth
1 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small Vidalia onion, diced
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Crockpot: cook on low for four to six hours.
Instant Pot: Manual Setting for 13 minutes.
