Not for the faint at heart, these literally take your breath away.
4 red potatoes, sliced into wedges
3 tablespoons oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
2 tablespoons Gefen BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon Tonnelli Sriracha Sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon roasted red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place potato wedges in a bowl and toss with remaining ingredients.
Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes or until edges are brown.
