Delicious feta cheese, spinach, sundried tomato, and basil flatbreads that you can top however you like, to your desire, or even personalize for everyone at your table.
4 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
8 ounces Taamti Feta Cheese, drained and crumbled
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and completely drained
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil
black pepper
6 small flatbreads (I use Trader Joes)
your favorite toppings
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients (excluding toppings and flatbread).
Place cheese mixture onto your flatbreads, ensuring that you coat until the edges so that they do not burn.
Top with your favorite toppings. I used cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and jalapenos.
Bake for approximately 10 minutes until cheese has melted and it looks delicious!
