Fennel and Cabbage Slaw with Zaatar Borscht Dressing

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon

  • salt

  • pepper

Salad

  • 2 cups shredded fennel

  • 2 cups shredded red cabbage

  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley

  • 1 and 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles

Directions

Prepare the Fennel and Cabbage Slaw with Zaatar Borscht Dressing

In a jar, mix dressing ingredients. Shake to combine.

Combine slaw ingredients, toss with dressing and allow to marinate. This salad can be made in advance.
