It wouldn’t be Pesach morning without a square (or three) of brownies or blondies and a steaming cup of coffee.   Yield: 1 9×13-inch pan

Ingredients

Favorite Pesach Blondies

  • 1 cup Gefen Potato Starch

  • 3/4 cup ground nuts (preferably filberts)

  • 3/4 cup oil

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Prepare the Favorite Pesach Blondies

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

2.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
