These sophisticated grilled cheese sandwiches come together quickly. They are also keto-friendly.
Serves 4 as an appetizer
8 slices of Shibolim Flax Bread
1 package of brie or camembert, sliced thin
3 tablespoons full-fat mayo, such as Gefen Mayonnaise
Spread mayonnaise on all the slices of bread.
In a heavy-bottomed pan lay four slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
Set heat to medium and cover each bread with one layer of brie slices. Cover the bread with the rest of slices – mayonnaise side up.
When cheese begins to melt, flip each sandwich until they are toasted on both sides.
