Ingredients

Famous Chanukah Potato Latkes

  • 5 big potatoes

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 3/4 cup flour

  • oil (for frying)

Directions

Directions

1.

Peel the potatoes, (put in water to prevent browning until you start)

2.

Grind them till you have a thick paste

3.

Pour into bowl and and egg, spices, and flour

4.

Pour a lot of oil into small frying pan and heat up stove (medium)

5.

Fry until you see it turning golden

6.

Serve and enjoy!
