I love summer and I hate when I start finding my ground covered in leaves. The one thing that I do enjoy about fall is its symbolic flavors. Maple syrup adds such depth of flavor to any dish. This maple-flavored whipped cream is delicious on its own!
non-dairy whipping cream, such as Kineret Whipped Topping
finely ground pecans
ice cream
Haddar Baracke Halva, shaved with a grater or peeler
pecans, coarsely chopped
Beat whipping cream with approximately three tablespoons maple syrup and a quarter cup ground pecans, or to taste.
Drizzle maple syrup over your plate.
Pipe two swirls of whipped cream on the plate. Top each with a scoop of ice cream.
Shave halva over ice cream scoops and garnish plate with chopped pecan pieces.
