Not your regular hot chocolate, this creamy drink is sweet, chocolatey, and decadent! To really take this over the top, garnish the top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, chocolate shavings, or any of your favorite toppings.
5 ounces chocolate
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Gefen Light Corn Syrup
10-ounce carton whip cream
4 cups milk
Melt chocolate and add corn syrup and vanilla sugar. Stir until mixture is smooth. Cool.
Beat whip cream. Add cooled chocolate mixture.
When ready to serve, heat milk. Spoon whip cream mixture into eight cups. Fill with hot milk.

Hi- homemade whip cream is best the day it’s made. But it should hold up for 2-3 days.
