I prefer London broil for its quick prep, but the coating really topped this one off!
2 pounds London broil
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup Pereg Everything seasoning
Place meat on a flat surface and pound with the back of a meat pounder. (This helps tenderize the meat.)
Rub with garlic and place in a sealable plastic bag.
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, rosemary, and ginger. Pour over meat, seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat broiler to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat meat fully in everything spice and place in a baking dish.
Broil for 10 minutes on each side.
Allow to sit for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.
