About a year ago, a friend of mine introduced me to the benefits of drinking kefir, a milk-based drink that is loaded with probiotics and is very good for your digestive system. It’s really satisfying blended into a fruit shake. Top this kefir-infused shake with some granola in the morning, and you’re good to go.
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Beleaves Frozen Mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup Beleaves Frozen Passion Fruit
1 and 1/2 cups kefir
In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately.
