Ingredients

Egg Rolls

  • 1/4 container sprouts

  • flour glue [flour+ water]

  • 2 TBSP soy sauce

  • 2 TBSP sweet chili

  • 1 onion

  • drop of sesame oil

  • 1/4 white cabbage

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 container mushrooms

  • 1 zucchini

  • egg roll wrappers

  • oil, for frying

Directions

Prepare the Egg Rolls

1.

Stir fry your veggies, adding in one at a time.

2.

Once it is all fried up and soft, add the sauces and oil.

3.

Roll up egg-roll-style.

4.

Fry in a deep fryer or large pot for about 5 minutes.

5.

Let rest on a cooling rack.
