This fresh tomato dip requires no cooking, and is done in about two minutes. It goes well with veggies, chicken and pastas.
4 Roma tomatoes
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Combine tomatoes and garlic in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
