1 large onion
4 heaping tablespoons Tuscanini Tomato Paste
Pereg Paprika, to taste
chili powder, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
salt
3 cups water
Sauté onion in oil until golden.
Add tomato paste and stir with wooden spoon until mixed well.
Add water and spices.
Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
