I worked on a few sugar cookie recipes to come up with the simplest, tasty, one bowl, no chill time recipe.
Submitted by Tali Kleiner
3 large eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
Mix all ingredients. Roll out and shape as desired.
Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 10 minutes.

these completely flopped. the dough needs to go in the fridge to set, otherwise it’s just batter. then I tried for hours to roll and shape the dough but the dough was all sticky and flopped.
The cookies turned out great but I had to add more flour because the original ratio flour/oil was way too oily. I probably added about 3/4 cup of flour and then it turned out perfect!
I got 42 nice sized sugar cookies from this recipe. I actually chilled the dough overnight, and because it was a little oily it slightly hardened and made rolling a lot easier. Came out great!
