Shakshuka can seem really hard to make with all the peppers and tomatoes …… but really it’s not. It’s just tomato sauce and eggs. But you can add in the peppers and tomatoes if you enjoy!
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 16-ounce can of tomato sauce
1 small onion, diced
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 jalapeno, diced
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
Add oil to preheated pan.
Then, add onions and jalapeno pepper and cook until onions are translucent.
Then, add tomato sauce and spices and stir.
Cook until sauce bubbles. Then, add eggs and cook until eggs are ready, and enjoy.
