Not only are these kid-friendly popsicles enjoyable for the kids to eat, but they are also easy enough for them to make by themselves! This recipe makes enough for all the neighborhood kids, and you can be sure that the adults will be waiting in line to get theirs too!

Yields 16 creamsicles

Ingredients

Easy Lemon-Lime Creamsicles

  • 2 (3-ounce) packages instant lime jello, such as Gefen

  • 2 cups boiling water

  • 2 cups lemonade

  • 2 cups (pareve) vanilla ice cream

Directions

1.

Dissolve jello packs in boiling water and whisk until fully dissolved.

2.

Before jello starts to set, quickly add lemonade and ice cream and whisk until creamy.

3.

Pour into popsicle molds. Insert a stick and freeze until solid.
