This alfredo sauce is a family favorite! Serve it with a side of salad and you’ve got a fantastic meal.
1 pound Tuscanini Fettuccine noodles, cooked and drained according to package directions
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Oregano
salt, to taste
white pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, one to two minutes. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
Add cooked noodles and mix. Sprinkle in oregano, salt, and pepper. Top with more parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
