This cake is moist and tasty and so much fun to eat.
2 cups Glicks Flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
5 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup Glicks Flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil, such as Manischewitz Grapeseed Oil
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
In the bowl of an electric mixer, mix all batter ingredients together until incorporated.
In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, oil, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Pour half the batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle half the crumbs over the batter.
Pour the rest of the batter over the crumbs, then sprinkle the rest of the crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
