The name says it all! No more blending cups of almonds or getting the store bought kind. This is the tastiest, easiest homemade almond milk out there.
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter like Gefen Almond Butter
4 cups filtered water
pinch of salt (optional)
splash of Gefen Vanilla (optional)
thin cloth/nut milk bag
Place water and almond butter (salt and vanilla also if using) in a blender and blend for a minute or two.
Pour through cloth or nut milk bag, as there may be tiny bits of almonds left. I put the cloth directly over my milk container and pour all the milk right in. That’s it!
