This sorbet is so smooth, you can serve it straight from the freezer, no defrosting time necessary. It also has that perfectly balanced sweetness you only get from the homemade stuff.
Yield: 1 pound container
3 cups Beleaves Frozen Mango
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon mint extract (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Freeze for at least three hours before serving.
