This dessert is my favorite “oops I forgot about dessert” recipe! There is no prep required and you and your guests can customize to your liking. Plus, it makes the perfect last minute, warm weather, no-bake dessert for Rosh Hashanah! 1 container vanilla ice cream (dairy or non-dairy)
shredded halva or a block of halva, such as Haddar, chopped up
pomegranate seeds
raw tahini, such as Mighty Sesame squeeze bottle (optional)
silan, aka date honey, such as Heaven & Earth Date Syrup (optional)
Scoop ice cream into bowls.
Top with a few pinches of shredded halva. Drizzle with tahini and silan to your liking. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds!
