Simple and straightforward yet delicious, you can’t really go wrong with these. Everyone will love the chocolate surprise!   Yield: 12 dreidels

Directions

Prepare the Dreidels-with-Gelt Surprise

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Using a dreidel cookie cutter, cut 24 shapes from the puff pastry dough.

3.

Place a chocolate coin on 12 dreidels and cover each with another dreidel. Press edges together with your fingers and spray with oil.

4.

Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.

5.

Allow to cool slightly before dusting with confectioners’ sugar.
