Make the Cakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a disposable baking sheet with Gefen Easy-Baking Parchment Paper.
To make the cake, beat the egg whites until stiff. Add sugar. Add eggs and then the remaining ingredients. Mix until combined and quickly spread batter onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.
For the strawberry cream, place dessert topping in the bowl of your mixer. Beat until stiff and then add blended strawberries.
For the lemon cream, mix together the first four ingredients in the bowl of your mixer until well combined. Add egg yolks one at a time and beat.

Links to the dishware Hi do you have a link to the boxes and the little cake stands? Thanks
cant find clear box hi
what size did you use for the clear boxes? cant seem to find anything that fits... its either too high or too small
Where's the second min? This looks amazing, but mishloach manos are supposed to have two minim, and it is doubtful that the rock candy tips can be considered a second min. Just thought I'd bring that to everyone's attention, so that if they do use this idea they should know they need to add a second min.
I guess it's good to ask your RAv for what's considered second min. Thanks for bringing it up though.
Question Do these dreamy Creamy MM freeze well?
I think so.
Question - Mini Ware Dishes Hi! Where can I buy these mini-ware dishes? Cant seem to find them... Thank you :)
I have seen them in the local grocery stores.
They are adorable. I would get a paper goods store.
