This thick and creamy dragon fruit smoothie bowl will keep you full and energized!
1 cup ice
1/4 cup (frozen) avocado
1 cup dragon fruit
1 tablespoon protein powder
1/4 – 1/2 cup water
1/4 – 1/2 cup Gefen Almond Milk
berries
coconut
hemp, chia, or pumpkin seeds
almonds or other nuts
Add ingredients to a blender, starting with 1/4 cup each almond milk and water, adding as needed.
Combine.
