Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 cup white whole flour

  • 1 cup regular flour

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 and 1/3 cups soy milk

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil

Directions

Prepare the Donut Cake

1.

Combine all ingredients for the cake.

2.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes.

3.

Freeze it, cut it open and dig out a little, then fill with frosting of your choice (I did pink). To save time, you can take a bottle of Dunkin Hines or any that you use and whip it up. After that, you can cover it up and frost it with any color (I did pink again). You may want to freeze it again so it will be easier to work with. Microwave the frosting and drizzle it on and add sprinkles of your choice! Enjoy and happy Chanukah!!
