2 cups Haddar Pretzel Crumbs
8 slices salmon
1 ounce fresh checked dill
1 jalapeño
1 clove garlic
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon maple syrup
pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place dill, jalapeño, garlic, maple syrup, salt, and mayo in a blender. Blend until smooth. Brush a thin layer over the salmon.
Pour pretzels crumbs onto a plate. Dip each piece of salmon into the crumbs to create a crust, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes.
