These gluten free Passover brownies are so fudgy and soft and of course delicious!! They don’t even taste like Passover brownies!
5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 pinch coffee
3/4 cup potato starch (tapioca starch works too)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat everything together besides vinegar and baking soda.
Mix vinegar and baking soda together until it becomes foamy.
Add it to batter and bake for 40 minutes approximately.
