Deli Wraps and Classic Coleslaw

This is a quick dinner that I sometimes make in a pinch.

Ingredients

Deli Wraps

  • 1 wrap

  • 6 slices deli (any type)

  • condiments of your choice (I use garlic mayo, but you can use mayo, Glicks Ketchup, mustard, etc.)

Classic Coleslaw

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Mayo

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix

Directions

Prepare the Deli Wrap

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spread condiments on wrap; top with deli. Roll up and wrap in foil.

Bake for 10 minutes

Right before serving, unwrap and pan fry in a small amount of oil on both sides for crispy texture (this is optional but recommended). Serve immediately, with coleslaw on the side (recipe follows).

Prepare the Coleslaw

1.

Place sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, water, and mayo in a bowl. Add coleslaw and mix to combine.

2.

Allow to sit for a while before serving.
