  delicious dairy potato soup

Ingredients

Dairy potato soup

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • pizza cheese

  • 3 tbsp butter (or more, to taste)

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 3 potatoes, cubed

  • 1 large carrot , shredded

  • water

Directions

Prepare the Dairy Potato Soup

1.

Sautee onion in butter till translucent, add shredded carrot and cubed potatoes and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.

2.

Add water to cover and cook till potatoes are soft. Blend half of the potatoes or more (to your liking).

3.

Let cook for a bit more on low flame till desired consistency.

4.

Add some pizza cheese to each individual portion when serving…. delicious!!!!
