This refreshing treat is perfect for breakfast or brunch. The proportions here are just right for an individual-sized portion.
1/3 teaspoon Heaven and Earth Date Syrup
1 and 1/2 tablespoons oat flour or ground oatmeal (use gluten-free oats, if needed)
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Honey
2 strawberries, fresh or frozen
5 ounces (150 ml) plain yogurt
Blend strawberries with honey, date syrup, and oatmeal, using a hand blender.
Combine with yogurt and serve cold.
