How cute are these cucumber bites?! These are not only for you, your kids will love them too. Feel free to use a variety of toppings such as egg, tuna, or avocado salad. The presentation takes these spreads to a new level.
1 Persian cucumber
3 ounces Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1 teaspoon red onion, finely diced
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
dash black pepper
1/2 teaspoon milk
grape tomatoes
Mix cheese with onion and spices.
Add milk a drop at a time to achieve desired creamy texture.
Slice cucumber thickly. Place a 1/2 teaspoon cheese on each slice.
Garnish with tomatoes and olives.
