Crunchy Winter Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded

  • 1/2 cup edamame

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup red cabbage

Tahini Lemon Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a jar or salad dressing container, add all the ingredients for the dressing and shake well. You will likely have extra dressing; it lasts a few weeks in the fridge and can be used for any salad!

In a bowl, add all the vegetables, and add the Gefen Ramen Toppers. Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad. Toss lightly and serve.

Notes:

Some tahini brands tend to be thicker than others. If you see your dressing is very thick, you can add two to three tablespoons of water at a time until you achieve the desired consistency.
