Crunchy-Nutty Lettuce Salad with Ranch Dressing

This is quick to prepare but a classic favorite. For a fancier presentation, serve this in individual portions at the beginning of a meal.

Ingredients

Crunchy-Nutty Lettuce Salad

  • 1 cup sugared almonds or pecans

Ranch Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon garlic granules

Directions

Prepare the Crunchy-Nutty Lettuce Salad with Ranch Dressing

1.

Place lettuce in a serving bowl or on individual plates.

2.

Top with cranberries, croutons and nuts and set aside.

3.

Combine ingredients for Ranch Dressing and blend until smooth.

4.

Drizzle salad with dressing and serve immediately.
