Ingredients

Crunchy Cabbage and Nuts Salad

  • 1 10-ounce (280-gram) bag coleslaw mix

  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds

  • 1/4 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds

  • 1 pepper, cut into matchsticks

  • 1 cucumber, cut into matchsticks

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1.

Combine all salad ingredients together in a bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients together and mix.

3.

Pour dressing over salad and serve.
