5 cubed yellow potatoes
2 ribs celery, diced
1 chopped Vidalia onion
1 cup sliced yellow squash and zucchini mix
1 carton boxed potato-leek soup
2 cups water
diced leftover chicken
air-fried tofu cubes
Throw all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for seven to eight hours or high four to five hours.
Add chicken and tofu cubes. Serve with a delicious, fresh salad, and dinner is done.
