The crispy onions give the flounder delicious texture and flavor.

Ingredients

Crispy Flounder

  • 3 and 1/2 cups French’s fried onions

  • 3 and 1/2 teaspoons Mishpacha Flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 16 ounces flounder (approximately 5 pieces)

Directions

Prepare the Crispy Flounder

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix onions and flour in a shallow bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

3.

Dip flounder into eggs, then dredge in onions. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
