The crispy onions give the flounder delicious texture and flavor.
3 and 1/2 cups store-bought crispy fried onions
3 and 1/2 teaspoons Glicks Flour
2 eggs
16 ounces flounder (approximately 5 pieces)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix onions and flour in a shallow bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Dip flounder into eggs, then dredge in onions. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
