It’s easy and simple to make a healthy and flavorful breakfast parfait with my Crispy Crumbs Streusel Topping.
2 apricots
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
a few tablespoons orange juice
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
In a bowl place an assortment of your favorite fruits, cut up. (Ingredients listed above are just examples of what you could use.)
Mix with a few tablespoons of orange juice. Top with vanilla greek yogurt and sprinkle with Crispy Crumb Baked Streusel Topping.
