4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 packs Gefen Wonton Chips (crushed)
1 package shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, crushed garlic, and onion soup mix.
Coat the salmon generously with the sauce, followed by the crushed wonton chips.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

delicious! this makes enough sauce for a lot more salmon- probably 8 slices.
