Submitted by Rochella Reifer This recipe is my husband’s – who is amazing in the kitchen. In his family, all his siblings make it and it is known as Leibish’s recipe. When I got married, my mother-in-law served it to me and I loved it! I’ve been making the recipe since and passed it on to my side of the family. It’s quick, easy and delicious!
4 slices salmon
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp duck sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Corn flake crumbs to coat
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, duck sauce and garlic powder. Coat the fish in the mixture and then bread with corn flake crumbs. Bake on 350 F for 25 minutes until golden yellow.
