This is a great short-on-time dinner—upgraded!
oil, for frying
1/2 pound pepper steak, thinly sliced
1 egg, whisked
Glicks Flour, for coating
1/3 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/3 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/2 cup water
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
In a large skillet, heat oil. Working quickly, coat meat in egg, then flour. Fry for three minutes on each side, until crispy. Drain excess oil.
Lower flame and stir in sauce ingredients one at a time. Bring to a rolling boil, then allow to simmer until thickened. Stir in crispy meat and serve.
