Just like crinkle cookies in half the time.

Ingredients

Crinkle Cake

  • 1 cup oil

  • 3 cups flour

  • 3 cups sugar

  • 8 Tbsp cocoa

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar

  • 6 eggs

  • confectioners’ sugar, for sprinkling

Directions

Prepare the Crinkle Cake

1.

Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth and thick. Smooth onto lined cookie sheet.

2.

Sprinkle generously with confection sugar then bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. Test for doneness when toothpick comes out clean.
