This is a fun activity in addition to a delicious breakfast. Each person can fill their crepe with their favorite flavors. Yield: 8 crepes
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup Glicks Flour
strawberries and cream
marshmallow creme and chocolate
Lotus cream and crushed lotus cookies
In a bowl, whisk together all crepe ingredients.
Heat a frying pan. Pour two-thirds cup of the mixture into the frying pan and tilt the pan until the batter covers the bottom. When the batter starts peeling away from the sides, flip the crepe over. Repeat for the rest of the batter.
Top with desired toppings.
