I’m always looking for new ways to prepare pasta, and with this recipe I’ve come across a winner. The scrumptious taste makes it ideal for hosting, and the minimal effort needed makes it perfect for a weeknight dinner.
1 (16-ounce) box Tuscanini Spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1 tablespoon oil
6 cubes Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
8 ounces whipped cream cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
Sauté garlic in oil just until fragrant.
Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and milk and stir until smooth. Pour over spaghetti and mix.
