1 pound spinach
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
3 ounces Muenster cheese
3 tablespoons flour
Cook spinach over low heat with milk and water for 20 minutes. Add minimal amounts of milk or water if necessary.
Add salt, butter and cheese. Sprinkle flour and stir until thickened. Blend. Serve warm.

frozen can this be made with frozen spinach and can it be frozen after being prepared?

Yes this can be made with frozen spinach and frozen once cooled – just beware that liquid releases from it so you may not need to add extra water.
