A super simple sauce that can be a great addition to savory main dishes.
4 cups fresh cranberries
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 and 1/2 cups water
Bring water and sugar to a boil.
Reduce heat, add cranberries and cook for 30 minutes.
Blend.
Serve cold next to meat or as a sauce for fruits.

can I use brown sugar?
I don’t see why not but I’m guessing the flavor will be sweeter and deeper using brown sugar. And maybe check to make sure the ratios are correct.
