This pie is perfect for the cozy fall weather. It’s a great mashup of crisp and pie with a graham cracker crust and a pecan crumble topping.

Ingredients

Crust

Filling

  • 3 large baking apples, peeled and cut into thin slices

  • 4 ounces fresh or frozen (not thawed) cranberries

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Crumble Topping

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions

Prepare the Cranberry Apple Crumb Pie

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine sliced apples, cranberries, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Toss until the apples and cranberries are evenly coated. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Combine crumble topping in a bowl and sprinkle over the pie. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Absolutely delicious! I didn’t have cranberry’s home so I used instead strawberries came out very tasty thank you
