New weeknight-meal alert! These crushed crackers-coated and baked chicken strips are a definite must-try.
2 sleeves Ritz-style crackers, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into strips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with oil spray.
In a food processor fitted with the S-blade, crush crackers. Pour into a shallow bowl.
Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs.
Dip chicken tenders in the egg, then dredge in seasoned crackers. Place on baking sheet.
Brush chicken with oil or spray with oil spray.
Bake for 25–30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite condiment or dip.
