Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Smoothie

  • 6–7 frozen strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

1.

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Tips:

You can change it up and add whatever you like. Mango, pineapple, and kiwi are all delicious. If you like your smoothies very sweet, add two tablespoons honey to the mixture.
